Short version: Three Pushups does not collect, track, or share your personal data. Your practice data lives on your device and, if you use iCloud, in your own private iCloud account. We never see it.
Three Pushups (“the app”, “we”, “us”) is an independent iOS app that helps you build a daily push-up habit. This policy explains what data the app handles and how.
The app stores the information you create by using it, such as:
This data is stored locally on your device. It is used only to make the app work — to show your calendar, stats, streaks, and growth.
If you are signed in to iCloud on your device, your practice data is synced across your own devices using Apple’s CloudKit and stored in your private iCloud database. This data is tied to your Apple Account and is not accessible to us — it is handled by Apple under Apple’s Privacy Policy. If you are not signed in to iCloud, the app simply keeps everything on your device and does not sync anything.
Optional PLUS subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never receive your payment details. Purchase and subscription handling is governed by Apple’s terms and privacy policy.
The app is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect any personal information from children or anyone else.
You can delete your data at any time by deleting the app and, if you use iCloud, by removing the app’s data from your iCloud storage in Settings → Apple Account → iCloud. Because we hold no copy of your data, deleting it on your side removes it entirely.
If this policy changes, we will update this page and revise the effective date above.
