我们非常重视你的隐私。本隐私政策用于说明间歇走（TempoWalk，以下简称“本应用”）在当前版本中如何处理数据。本文仅描述已在应用中实现的实际功能，不包含未上线能力。
1. 我们处理的数据类型
- 训练与配置数据（本地）：包括训练方案（快走/慢走时长、组数、名称、图标、颜色、排序）、训练记录（开始/结束时间、时长、完成组数、距离、轨迹数据、位置名）。
- 定位数据（需授权）：训练期间用于实时地图显示、轨迹记录、距离统计、历史轨迹查看、轨迹视频导出。
- 健康数据写入（需授权）：当你开启“同步到 HealthKit”后，应用会将训练写入 Apple 健康（Walking Workout、距离、估算能量、路线）。应用当前不从 HealthKit 读取数据。
- 应用偏好设置（本地）：如是否显示系统方案、是否开启阶段提示音、是否同步 HealthKit、地图样式。
- 通知权限（可选）：用于阶段结束提醒的本地通知。
2. 数据如何被使用
- 提供核心功能：间歇计时、阶段切换、历史记录、地图轨迹、Live Activity、轨迹视频导出。
- 在你授权后提供定位相关能力（实时路线、距离统计、历史轨迹）。
- 在你授权并开启后，将训练结果写入 Apple 健康。
3. 数据存储位置与保存期限
- 训练记录、方案和设置默认存储在你的设备本地（SwiftData / UserDefaults）。
- 当你主动导出或分享内容时，相关文件会按你的操作进入系统分享流程。
- 当你主动开启 HealthKit 同步后，写入的数据将由 Apple 健康保存并受其规则管理。
4. 数据共享与对外提供
我们不会出售你的个人信息。除以下情形外，我们不会主动向第三方提供你的个人信息：
- 你主动触发的行为（如系统分享、导出视频、发送反馈邮件）；
- 你授权的系统能力（如写入 Apple 健康）；
- 法律法规要求的情形。
5. 权限说明
- 位置权限：用于训练期间记录路线与距离；在锁屏/后台训练场景下需要相应后台定位授权。
- 健康权限：仅在你开启同步后申请写入权限。
- 通知权限：用于阶段结束提醒，可随时关闭。
6. 你的选择与权利
- 你可以随时在系统设置中撤回定位、健康、通知权限。
- 你可以在应用内删除训练数据，或执行“删除全部数据”。
- 你可以关闭 HealthKit 同步与其他功能开关。
7. 政策更新
若应用的数据处理方式发生变更，我们会更新本隐私政策，并通过应用版本更新或文档更新方式同步。

We value your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how TempoWalk ("the App") processes data in the current released functionality. It reflects implemented behavior only.
1. Data We Process
- Workout and configuration data (local): workout presets (durations, cycles, name, icon, color, order) and workout records (start/end time, duration, completed cycles, distance, route data, location name).
- Location data (with permission): used during workouts for live map display, route recording, distance calculation, history route viewing, and track-video export.
- Health data write (with permission): if you enable HealthKit sync, the App writes Walking Workout data to Apple Health (workout, distance, estimated active energy, route). The App currently does not read data from HealthKit.
- App preferences (local): such as showing built-in presets, phase-change sound, HealthKit sync toggle, and map style.
- Notification permission (optional): used for local phase-end reminders.
2. How We Use Data
- To provide core features: interval timer, phase switching, workout history, route maps, Live Activity, and track-video export.
- To provide location-based workout functionality after your authorization.
- To write workout results to Apple Health when you authorize and enable HealthKit sync.
3. Storage and Retention
- Workout records, presets, and settings are stored locally on your device (SwiftData / UserDefaults).
- When you choose export/share actions, related files are handled through iOS system sharing flows.
- If HealthKit sync is enabled by you, written data is stored in Apple Health under Apple's policies.
4. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We do not proactively share your personal information with third parties except when:
- you explicitly initiate an action (such as system share, video export/share, or feedback email);
- you authorize system integrations (such as writing to Apple Health);
- required by applicable laws or regulations.
5. Permissions
- Location: used for route and distance recording during workouts, including background workout scenarios when permitted.
- HealthKit: write access is requested only when you enable HealthKit sync.
- Notifications: used for phase-end reminders and can be turned off at any time.
6. Your Choices and Rights
- You can revoke Location, Health, or Notification permissions at any time in iOS Settings.
- You can delete workout data in the App, including the "Delete All Data" option.
- You can disable HealthKit sync and other feature toggles at any time.
7. Policy Updates
If our data handling changes with future app updates, we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly.

私たちはあなたのプライバシーを大切にしています。本プライバシーポリシーは、TempoWalk（以下「本アプリ」）の現行機能におけるデータの取り扱いを説明するものです。ここでの内容は、実装済み機能に基づいています。
1. 取り扱うデータ
- ワークアウトと設定データ（端末内保存）：プリセット（速歩/ゆっくり歩き時間、セット数、名称、アイコン、カラー、並び順）および記録（開始/終了時刻、時間、完了セット数、距離、ルートデータ、位置名）。
- 位置情報（許可時）：ワークアウト中の地図表示、ルート記録、距離計測、履歴ルート表示、トラック動画出力に使用。
- ヘルスケア書き込み（許可時）：HealthKit 同期を有効にした場合、Apple ヘルスケアへ Walking Workout（ワークアウト、距離、推定消費エネルギー、ルート）を書き込みます。現時点で HealthKit からの読み取りは行いません。
- アプリ設定（端末内保存）：内蔵プリセット表示、フェーズ音、HealthKit 同期、地図スタイル等。
- 通知権限（任意）：フェーズ終了のローカル通知に使用。
2. データの利用目的
- インターバルタイマー、フェーズ切り替え、履歴、地図ルート、Live Activity、トラック動画出力などの機能提供。
- 許可後の位置情報機能（ルート/距離記録）の提供。
- 許可および設定が有効な場合の Apple ヘルスケアへの書き込み。
3. 保存場所と保存期間
- 記録、プリセット、設定は端末内（SwiftData / UserDefaults）に保存されます。
- エクスポート/共有を実行した場合、関連ファイルは iOS の共有機能で処理されます。
- HealthKit 同期を有効にした場合、書き込まれたデータは Apple ヘルスケア側のルールで管理されます。
4. 共有と第三者提供
私たちは個人情報を販売しません。以下の場合を除き、第三者へ積極的に提供しません。
- ユーザーが明示的に実行した操作（共有、動画出力、フィードバック送信など）
- ユーザーが許可したシステム連携（Apple ヘルスケアへの書き込み）
- 法令により求められる場合
5. 権限について
- 位置情報：ワークアウト中のルート・距離記録に使用（許可時はバックグラウンド利用を含む）。
- HealthKit：同期機能を有効にした場合のみ書き込み権限を要求します。
- 通知：フェーズ終了通知に使用し、いつでも無効化できます。
6. ユーザーの選択
- iOS 設定から位置情報・ヘルスケア・通知権限をいつでも変更/撤回できます。
- アプリ内で記録を削除できます（「すべて削除」を含む）。
- HealthKit 同期などの各種機能をいつでもオフにできます。
7. ポリシー更新
将来の機能更新に伴いデータ取り扱いが変わる場合、本ポリシーを更新します。
