For the CityRide app
我们非常重视你的隐私。CityRide 是一款室内单车骑行的陪伴应用：骑行时在屏幕上呈现像素风格的世界城市与地标。本隐私政策仅描述当前版本已实现的实际功能。
1. 我们处理的数据类型
- 骑行记录与设置（本地）：骑行历史（日期、时长、平均/峰值心率、所骑城市）以及应用偏好设置，保存在你的设备本地。本应用不记录距离,也不使用 GPS。
- 健康数据（需授权）：当你配对 Apple Watch 并开始骑行时,应用读取实时心率用于屏幕显示,并将一段“室内单车”体能训练(含心率)写入 Apple 健康。仅用于展示心率和保存本次训练。
- 天气(联网):为呈现城市的昼夜与天气氛围,应用会向第三方天气服务(Open-Meteo)请求当前天气,发送的是所选城市的固定经纬度,而非你的位置。请求不包含账号或设备标识。
- 应用偏好设置(本地):如语言、界面开关等。
2. 我们不收集的内容
- 不获取你的设备定位 / GPS。
- 无账号体系,无需注册或登录。
- 不集成任何第三方分析、广告或追踪 SDK。
- 不会出售你的任何个人信息。
3. 数据如何被使用
- 提供核心功能:像素城市骑行画面、实时心率显示、骑行历史。
- 在你授权后,读取心率并将训练写入 Apple 健康。
- 按城市坐标获取天气,用于画面的昼夜/天气氛围。
4. 数据存储位置与保存期限
- 骑行记录与设置默认存储在你的设备本地(SwiftData / UserDefaults)。我们没有自己的服务器,不会收集或上传这些数据。
- 写入的健康数据由 Apple 健康保存,并受 Apple 的规则管理。
- 天气请求为即时查询,不建立与你个人的关联。
5. 数据共享与对外提供
除以下情形外,我们不会向第三方提供你的信息:
- 你授权的系统能力(如写入 Apple 健康);
- 为获取天气而向 Open-Meteo 发送城市坐标(不含个人信息);
- 法律法规要求的情形。
6. 权限说明
- 健康权限:仅在你使用 Apple Watch 心率功能时申请(读取心率、写入体能训练)。不使用可跳过该功能。
7. 你的选择与权利
- 你可以随时在系统设置中撤回健康权限。
- 你可以在应用内删除骑行历史。
- 不配对 Apple Watch 也可正常骑行,只是不显示心率。
8. 儿童隐私
本应用不面向 13 岁以下儿童,也不会有意收集其个人信息。
9. 政策更新
若应用的数据处理方式发生变更,我们会更新本隐私政策。

We value your privacy. CityRide is a companion for indoor cycling: it shows pixel-art world cities and landmarks on screen while you ride. This Privacy Policy describes only the functionality implemented in the current release.
1. Data We Process
- Ride records and settings (local): your ride history (date, duration, average/peak heart rate, and the city you rode) and app preferences are stored locally on your device. The app does not record distance and does not use GPS.
- Health data (with permission): when you pair an Apple Watch and start a ride, the app reads your real-time heart rate to display it on screen, and writes an "Indoor Cycling" workout (including heart rate) to Apple Health. This is used only to show your heart rate and save the session.
- Weather (network): to render each city's day/night and weather mood, the app requests current weather from a third-party service (Open-Meteo), sending the fixed coordinates of the selected city — not your location. No account or device identifier is sent.
- App preferences (local): such as language and interface toggles.
2. What We Do Not Collect
- We do not access your device location or GPS.
- There are no accounts; no sign-up or login is required.
- We do not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
- We do not sell any of your personal information.
3. How We Use Data
- To provide core features: the pixel-city ride view, live heart-rate display, and ride history.
- To read heart rate and write workouts to Apple Health after your authorization.
- To fetch weather by city coordinates for the day/night and weather ambiance.
4. Storage and Retention
- Ride records and settings are stored locally on your device (SwiftData / UserDefaults). We have no servers of our own and do not collect or upload this data.
- Health data you write is stored in Apple Health under Apple's policies.
- Weather requests are stateless queries that are not linked to you.
5. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not share your information with third parties except when:
- you authorize system integrations (such as writing to Apple Health);
- city coordinates are sent to Open-Meteo to fetch weather (no personal information);
- required by applicable laws or regulations.
6. Permissions
- HealthKit: requested only when you use the Apple Watch heart-rate feature (read heart rate, write workout). You can skip this feature entirely.
7. Your Choices and Rights
- You can revoke Health permission at any time in iOS Settings.
- You can delete your ride history within the app.
- You can ride without an Apple Watch; heart rate simply won't be shown.
8. Children's Privacy
The app is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal information.
9. Policy Updates
If our data handling changes with future app updates, we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly.

1. 取り扱うデータ
- ライド記録と設定(端末内保存):ライド履歴(日付、時間、平均/最大心拍数、走った都市)およびアプリ設定を端末内に保存します。距離の記録や GPS の利用は行いません。
- ヘルスケア(許可時):Apple Watch を接続してライドを開始すると、リアルタイム心拍数を読み取って画面に表示し、「インドアサイクリング」ワークアウト(心拍数を含む)を Apple ヘルスケアに書き込みます。心拍数の表示とセッションの保存のみに使用します。
- 天気(通信):各都市の昼夜・天気の雰囲気を表現するため、第三者の天気サービス(Open-Meteo)に現在の天気を問い合わせます。送信するのは選択した都市の固定座標であり、あなたの位置ではありません。アカウントや端末識別子は送信しません。
- アプリ設定(端末内保存):言語や画面のスイッチなど。
2. 収集しないもの
- 端末の位置情報 / GPS は利用しません。
- アカウントはなく、登録・ログインは不要です。
- 第三者の分析・広告・トラッキング SDK は一切組み込んでいません。
- 個人情報を販売しません。
3. データの利用目的
- 主要機能の提供:ピクセル都市のライド表示、リアルタイム心拍表示、ライド履歴。
- 許可後の心拍読み取りと Apple ヘルスケアへのワークアウト書き込み。
- 都市座標による天気取得(昼夜・天気の雰囲気)。
4. 保存場所と保存期間
- ライド記録と設定は端末内(SwiftData / UserDefaults)に保存されます。当方は独自サーバーを持たず、これらを収集・アップロードしません。
- 書き込まれたヘルスケアデータは Apple ヘルスケア側のルールで管理されます。
- 天気の問い合わせは都度のクエリで、あなたと紐付けません。
5. 共有と第三者提供
以下の場合を除き、第三者へ提供しません。
- ユーザーが許可したシステム連携(Apple ヘルスケアへの書き込み);
- 天気取得のため Open-Meteo へ都市座標を送信(個人情報を含まない);
- 法令により求められる場合。
6. 権限について
- HealthKit:Apple Watch の心拍機能を使う場合のみ要求します(心拍の読み取り、ワークアウトの書き込み)。この機能はスキップ可能です。
7. ユーザーの選択
- iOS 設定からヘルスケア権限をいつでも撤回できます。
- アプリ内でライド履歴を削除できます。
- Apple Watch なしでもライドでき、その場合は心拍が表示されないだけです。
8. 子どものプライバシー
本アプリは 13 歳未満を対象としておらず、その個人情報を意図的に収集しません。
9. ポリシー更新
将来の更新に伴いデータ取り扱いが変わる場合、本ポリシーを更新します。
